Infobric's ownership structure comprises the founders who hold key positions in the company as well as a small number of minority shareholders. Financial investors include Länsförsäkringar, Innovationsbron and Scope.

Scope currently manages two funds with a committed capital in excess of 1.2 billion Swedish Kronor (SEK); the first fund was raised in 2001 and the second during 2006 and 2007.
