    Personal groups and individuals

    Your appointed site administrator can process person groups and individuals on the web service Infobric Ease. Person groups are used to divide and identify the people on site and give them appropriate access rights. This can be done in several different ways.

    Creating groups of persons

    Person groups are used to divide and identify people on the site e.g. by trade or responsibility and give them the appropriate access rights for the construction site. Main groups are the top level and within these sit sub groups and individuals. You can create any number of groups and sub groups depending on how you want to split the workforce or how you want to filter people and companies for reporting perposes.

    1. Go to www.infobric.co.uk and login with your username and password.
    2. Select the site from the worksite tab, top left, that you wish to add the new persons to.
    3. Click on the Persons tab, lower left.
    4. Click on the Person Groups button on the menu bar. Groups dialog window will open, here you can add, remove and edit your main groups and sub groups. TIP! Sort them alphabetically, press the A-Z button on the menu bar.
    5. Click Save and Close once finished, the dialog box will close.
    6. Click on the Update Units button on the menu bar to send the changes to the units on site.

    Add people

    People can be added in different ways, if they have a smart card (CSCS or IPAF) they should be added via the desktop card reader. If they have worked on another Infobric controlled site for you, you simply search for their name or company. You can also add people manually or automatically at a Regbox if you have one on site.

    1. Go to www.infobric.co.uk and login with your username and password.
    2. Select the site from the worksite tab, top left, that you wish to add the person to.
    3. Click the Persons tab, lower left.
    4. Click on Add on the menu bar.
    5. Choose how you want to add the person, Manually, From Card Reader, By Search.
    6. Once chosen, follow the instructions in the dialog window that appears.
      Note! – To read a card, you must have installed the drivers and software for the card reader.
    7. Once you’ve added the desired people, click the Update Units button on the menu bar to send the changes to the devices.
