Subcontractor Chain is a new function in Infobric Ease that gives you an overview over which subcontractors are operating at the workplace and makes it easy to track contractual relationships between all contractors. It increases safety for everyone at the construction site and makes life easier for site management and others in positions of responsibility.
You can delegate the administration of your parts of the chain to each contractor – and see how the Subcontractor Chain is built up automatically in Infobric Ease.
Control and transparency are important pieces of the jigsaw in enhancing the construction industry’s reputation and creating the conditions for healthy competition. Showing that they demand transparency from their subcontractors and that they as main contractor are willing to report what the situation is at their workplaces is a given for NCC.
“We make it clear that we demand that all suppliers must be able to report their contractual relationships. The Subcontractor Chain service makes it easier for both us and our suppliers to do the right thing and to assume shared responsibility.”
A safer work environment and increased efficiency at the construction site.
1. The main contractor registers which subcontractors have been hired as the first step in Infobric Ease.
2. Each subcontractor receives an invitation to the subcontractor portal, where they confirm the contractual relationship. If the contractor in turn hires subcontractors, they register the companies in the portal and invite administrators in the next level.
3. Infobric Ease gives the person responsible at the workplace a complete overview and the ability to see when new companies are added to the subcontractor chain.
